Digital Product Nature
All sales of digital downloads and licenses are final due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods. Once a file is downloaded or a license is granted, it cannot be returned.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Non-delivery: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours and the issue is not resolved after contacting support.
• Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a replacement within 48 hours.

To request a refund, contact us at info@zarroti.com within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after downloading the artwork or receiving the license.
• Misunderstanding of the license terms (e.g., attempting commercial use with a Basic License).
• Failure to meet device or software requirements for viewing/using the files.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
• If you paid via a third-party processor (e.g., Mollie, Stripe), processing times may vary.
